Our founder, Chef Gelato Bae, suffers from a dairy allergy and did not like the dairy free options in the grocery store.
After deciding that it could be possible to create new and improved products for those afflicted with the same allergy, Chef Bae took a few years to play with flavor profiles. What happened? This delectable luxurious palate of gelato options.
With a belief that the products should be guided by the principle of a beautiful aesthetic, Jolie Gelato was born!
